We are not an authorized agent of the manufacturer but do purchase from authorized agents worldwide. Many manufacturers choose not to support products procured outside their mandated channels. Please check with the relevant manufacturer regarding its limitations. Such products may not come with the standard manufacturer's warranty and they may not be covered by the manufacturer's standard technical support program. At minimum, INS supports all "New" products with a standard depot warranty for a period of time that is equal to or greater than the standard manufacturer's warranty period. Products can be returned for warranty service directly to our facilities. Please contact your representative if you have a warranty issue or further questions regarding warranty service Most products sold carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Return Policy:

The buyer has 30 days after our shipping carrier posts official delivery confirmation to initiate a return. Please be absolutely sure of your intent to use our product before opening the factory sealed box. We expect all returns to arrive back at our facility in the same condition they departed. Only when this requirement is met can we issue a full refund. A 20% restocking fee may be applied at the seller's discretion when these stipulations are not met.
